The first fifty join on terms that never change
We are opening in Cresskill with a deliberately small panel. The founding cohort locks its rate, skips the enrollment fee, and starts with a full diagnostic baseline.
What the first fifty get
Founding terms are not a discount we run again. They are the trade for joining a practice before it has a waiting list.
The rate does not move
Founding members pay $350 for Core Concierge or $595 for Premium Longevity, and keep that rate for as long as the membership stays active. Standard rates today are $450 and $700.
No enrollment fee
The one-time $250 enrollment fee is waived for the founding cohort.
A diagnostic baseline included
Your membership starts with a full lab panel and health assessment, reviewed with your clinician in a visit built for questions. Your plan begins from real numbers.
Your household joins with you
Each additional family member joins at 15 percent off, limited to four per household.
| Membership | Standard | Founding |
|---|---|---|
| Core Concierge | $450 a month | $350 a month |
| Premium Longevity | $700 a month | $595 a month |
| Enrollment fee | $250 one time | Waived |
Each additional family member joins at 15 percent off, limited to four per household. Membership is billed monthly and can be cancelled in writing. The full agreement is walked through with you before anything is charged.

The math is the whole argument
Nothing about concierge care is exotic. It is what happens when a practice takes on a fraction of the patients and gives the time back.
A few hundred members, not a few thousand patients
We keep the panel in the low hundreds by design. A conventional primary care panel runs past two thousand, which is the real reason your visit feels rushed.
Same day, not thirty-one days
The national average wait for a physician appointment is now thirty-one days. Membership exists so that yours is same day or next.
An hour when you need it, not ten minutes
Visits are scheduled around the conversation. Nothing gets pushed to a follow-up because the clock ran out.

Keep your insurance for the big stuff
Membership is not insurance and does not replace it. You keep your plan for specialists, imaging, hospital care, and prescriptions. What membership buys is who takes care of you and how: the visits, the access, and the preventive plan no coverage was designed to pay for.
Before you join
What does a locked rate actually mean?
Your monthly rate stays at the founding number for as long as your membership stays active. Standard rates can change over time and yours does not. If you cancel and rejoin later, you rejoin at whatever the standard rate is then.
What happens when the last founding spot fills?
Founding terms close. New members join at the standard rate of $450 a month for Core Concierge or $700 a month for Premium Longevity, plus the one-time $250 enrollment fee.
Do I pay anything today?
No. Joining the founding list costs nothing. We call you, answer your questions, and walk through the membership agreement together before anything is ever charged.
Can my spouse or partner join at the founding rate?
Yes. Each additional family member joins at 15 percent off, limited to four per household. They hold the same locked rate you do.
What is in the diagnostic baseline?
A broad lab panel and a full health assessment at the start of your membership. We review the results with you in person and build your preventive plan around what they show, rather than around averages.
Does membership replace my health insurance?
No. You keep your insurance for specialists, imaging, hospital care, and prescriptions. Membership covers your relationship with this practice: the visits, the access, and the preventive planning.
