Who we are

A practice with the calendar on your side

360 Health Center began with a simple observation: the fifteen-minute appointment serves the schedule, not the patient. We wanted a practice where the calendar bends to care instead of the other way around.

So we built one. Our membership model limits how many patients we take on, which gives our clinicians room to practice medicine the way they trained to: attentively, thoroughly, and personally.

We are proud to call Cresskill home, and we welcome patients and families from across Bergen County. When you visit, you will find a calm office, a conversation that takes its time, and a team that remembers you.

Nurse Practitioner

Madison leads patient care at 360 Health Center. She is a board-certified adult-gerontology nurse practitioner (AGNP) and spent eighteen years at the bedside before joining the practice. That background shapes how she works: attentive, thorough, and personal, with time to listen at every visit.

Madison built her career in critical care, where attention to detail is not a luxury. She brings that same standard to every visit here: a full picture of your health, honest answers, and a plan you helped shape.

Dr. John Morgan

Medical Director

Dr. Morgan is a board-certified physician with more than 20 years of experience and a deep understanding of evolving approaches to longevity, wellness, and preventive care. Throughout his career, he has held numerous leadership and advisory roles, including serving on multiple hospital committees. As Medical Director of 360 Health, Dr. Morgan personally oversees the clinical philosophy and treatment offerings of the practice, carefully evaluating the laboratories, diagnostic partners, technologies, and vendors with which we work. His focus is simple: to ensure every patient receives thoughtful, personalized care of the highest possible quality.

360 Health Center is a physician-owned medical practice. That is the structure behind the care: clinical protocols, physician oversight, and referral pathways that belong to a medical office rather than a wellness storefront.
